Refund policy
Online shopping is challenging and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your purchase does not work out, you can return it for a refund within 10 days of receiving it which includes public holidays. All items must have their original tags and be in their original packing with no stains (including deodorant and make up) or smells (such as perfume or food). Please email us to initiate a return. Once we receive the item and are satisfied that it meets the above return criteria, we will refund to the original form of payment minus a $12 re-stocking fee. The cost of returning the item will be up to the customer. Custom ordered items and special orders are not eligible for a return or refund. We will work with customers at length to ensure that accurate sizes are custom ordered.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us to initiate an exchange. Once we have received the item to be exchanged, we will send you the new item. A re-stocking fee will not apply and we will discount the cost of shipping the new item to our customers by 25%. The customer however will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to be exchanged back to us.
